Best Podcast ever!

I listen to at least 2 of Irene’s podcasts on my daily walks! (I often listen to them more than once)! Each time, I get the best advice, ideas, and reminders for fitness and nutrition, etc! I look forward to hearing her voice every morning!

Everything you NEED to hear

Love this podcast, it’s everything you need to hear when trying to make the decisions you need to make for your body. I’m also pretty sure I want her to be my best friend in real life, and also slap all the foods out of my hand I shouldn’t be eating haha
