I met Execute Chef, Business Owner, and Father of 2 boys, Brock McDonald while traveling in Costa Rica. I was thrilled to sit down with him and learn more about his journey with addiction and sobriety. He candidly shares the struggles he faced and the steps he personally took to find his way to a sober lifestyle.
