A must listen

Absolutely love the pod. It’s seriously changed my life for the better. 💪

Some good info but biased

They claim to use scientific studies, but disparage certain things based on their personal experience rather than scientific studies. An example is their mission to dissuade anyone into following a vegetarian diet based on one hosts personal experience. Studies show a healthy (sounds like host did not have this) vegetarian or vegan diet can promote what they are aspiring to including the large amount of protein they insist on, but it seems it is not masculine enough for these guys or something. It makes me doubt other things they say and i feel the need to double check everything else they say. Too much work for me, so I prefer to spend my time getting the info more efficiently elsewhere.

Great start

These two are off to a great start. Can’t wait to see where they go. 5 stars.

After further listening, a lot of great actionable info to implement in both workouts and nutrition. Thank you
