The episodes are the prefect length. Not too long. Not too short. And I learn something from EVERY single one of them. Its been so fun learning about other professions, while also doing a little “Self care” and personal development at the same time. Habits are hard to make and even harder to break, but with all these like-minded examples of how to do BOTH, its a MUST listen podcast if you want to become a better version of yourself.
