So informative!

I have learned so much here and as a busy mom I have little time to read so this is my free education on the go! For the last year (I am 52), I have just felt sluggish and have had brain fog and some pain issues that I blamed on age and wear and tear. I’m peri-menopausal and wanted to prepare my body for what’s coming. Because of what I’ve learned here, I’ve recently made an appointment with a functional doctor to have all my bloodwork and hormones tested. I have changed the majority of my beauty products and ditched all the toxic cleaning products. I’ve limited drinking to a glass or two of wine once a week. I have decided that I am ready to do a detox and am researching what approach to take. I’ve started intermittent fasting and ditched coffee and half-and-half :(. I’m hoping these things will help with the detoxification process. I feel better just doing these things so I am excited to take it to the next level. Thank you for breaking down the science into understandable bite size pieces because I was always too overwhelmed in the past to just start. Very grateful to have found you!
