Euphoric Team ,

Genuinely a lovely show!

Such a wonderful show with the perfect mix of facts and heart.

I love Dr. Mariza’s interview style. She gets answers to important questions about health while inspiring and energizing listeners.

Definitely recommend this one!

55 and Fab ,

Dr Mariza has been a god send for me!

I’m about to turn 55 and wish I would’ve found Dr Mariza 12+ years ago when my perimenopause began. Her podcasts, books and programs have changed my health and life! I purchased 30 day hormonal makeover July 23’ challenge and still digesting and integrating all the wonderful information and tips into my life now March 24’. I continue a year later and I’m down a size and my muscle mass increasing - WOW - super helpful. My diet super changed thanks to her! My hormonal imbalances pms perimenopause stress etc mood fatigue fog etc issues too many to list including hypothyroid bouts with low blood sugar have stopped which I suffered from for decades. I have moments and see stress as culprit now; maybe diet if I went off with sugar or eating poorly for few days. Honestly Dr Mariza is the real transformer. She talks about and provides solutions for what no PCP, OBGYN, CARDIOLOGIST, could offer me. I personally did not do well with bio- identical hormones so they’re out for me. And could not afford the functional medicine doctor in my area. But Dr Mariza is a HOPE INSPIRATION FOR WOMEN . Finally; someone who gets it and speaking out intelligently about these issues. I suggest she targets younger women too so they don’t suffer like I did in my teens, -40’s. Metabolic health serious. I never knew. Thank god for her! Godsend to women’s healthcare! Thank you deeply…. No words. Gratitude BEYOND WORDS. Hopeful about life once again! Thank you Dr Mariza!!! Rock on!!

BekiJean ,

Love the information on this podcast!

There is so much good information on this podcast about getting levels tested, and being prescribed different medication‘s however, none of this can apply to me as I’m a self-care patient. I cannot afford health insurance. Can you please do a podcast where you can suggest any kind of supplements or foods that will help us during this time? For those of us who aren’t able to go to the doctor and get our hormones tested and buy these medications and hormones? See a primary physician four times a year for one of my medication‘s. But I cannot afford much more than this.
What are some way I could really benefit from my healthcare providers appointments?
