Big Thanks to Mike

I can’t thank Mike and all of his knowledgeable guests. Without his podcasts I couldn’t have made this progress on Keto and Time Restricted Feeding as well as IF.....Slowly changing, I lost 28lbs on Keto and IF.....and I was fit before, now I feel so much thinner.....no muscle loss. 215 at 5’10 all the way down to 187 💪🏽. Thanks to all of your Podcasts ...I listen every day ....probably have listened to 100 interviews since Jan 1,2019. I’m a nerd!

I can’t express how grateful I am for this podcast and all the valuable information I have garnered from listening. I appreciate the wide array of content and guest speakers - including but not limited to keto, athletic performance, muscle building, blood sugar, gut health, etc. I appreciate how Mike always takes the time to mention how grateful he is for his listeners. It’s one of the best podcasts around. Especially, if you’re interested in improving your health and performance or if you just want to learn more about keto.
