I know very well what it feels like to want to live well, but completely overwhelmed, anxious and about to lose it with my very #blessed full life! I let these feelings take control which led to more chaos, more frustrations and deeper disconnections to my people and myself.

After realizing I can’t pour from an empty cup and postpartum anxiety, I sought the Prince of PEACE and tracked my way to whole body wellness. By courageously taking action into simple holistic solutions for accountability and intentional living, I found the way to peace and I’m so excited to share it with you!

    Dr. Lorena has been in the Health & Wellness Industry for over 25 years beginning in healthcare administration. Later, she became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, then worked in an integrative healthcare practice, as the nutritionist and medical assistant. Through personal health issues, as well as family health challenges, Dr. Lorena continued her education in natural health and herbology, becoming a naturopath doctor, health coach, care counselor, and master herbalist. She has her own practice, actively seeing young children up through elderly adults with a variety of health issues. Dr Lorena focuses on identifying the root of the health concerns and applying natural solutions so the body can heal itself and regain balance and vitality.

    The one that's much worse than reality? Or it's the same negative things about yourself that are always there, it's a negative soundtrack on repeat.
