Life Changer

Every once in a while you find something that truly impacts your daily living. This podcast changed everything for me. I started with Centr and following Dan’s recipes. Then I followed his social media and started to get exposed to this massive array of information I never knew I needed. As a lifetime learner, ex-Olympic weightlifter, athlete, eating disorder survivor and human person I cherish each episode and the information I retain. I am able to use all the resources he brings to the table (pun intended) to help keep myself and my loved ones healthy. Can’t even put into words how important this podcast has become in my life. I’m already finding myself sharing my new knowledge to those around me!

How to detox with a Whole Foods Plant-based diet.

Yes. This podcast was incredibly informative and kind of mind altering. I’ve been a big fan of Dan, but this was one of those episodes that made me stop and really analyze my own health. I recently subscribed to Athletic Greens (waiting for my first order to arrive) but am seriously considering changing up my diet even more. I’ve always been healthy, or what I consider healthy. But maybe it’s time to go all in and change to a WFPB diet.
