Pancreatic exocrine insufficiency #128

Excellent information presented.
I am seeing more of this so very helpful.

I would like to hear a podcast on gastroparesis with a discussion of strategies to work with those with diabetes who have overweight/obesity but also struggle with symptoms of gastroparesis. There are so many low calorie healthful foods that are not recommended with gastroparesis but would normally be suggested for weight loss (vegetables, fruit, whole grains) How do you approach diet recommendations in this situation? Thanks for considering.
