Happy, irreverent, and full of the info you need

Lesley and Brad have a great connection and it comes through in the podcast, allowing the listener to sit back and feel like they’re participating in a comfortable, upbeat conversation. I just listened to eepisode 132, and they do a fantastic job of explaining things like the difference between a therapist and a life coach, somatic work, and how our family relationships growing up have impacted the relationships we have now. ❤️

Karen Cordaway ,

Infectious energy!

Lesley has such an upbeat personality. It pumps you up to work on yourself and take action.

She brings out the best in her guests and I look forward to listening to many more episodes.
