I have NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) and I've been dealing with this personality disorder for as long as I can remember. I have been in psychotherapy for the last 4 years and Therapy has helped me to figure out exactly why I do what I do and it has allowed me to get to this point where I can offer you the perspective inside the head of a person battling this personality disorder. They will deny any wrongdoing and try to gaslight you instead of trying to work with you and make amends. Healing
Your podcast has been helping me for weeks. I am currently still in my abusive toxic relationship but each episode helps give me strength every day to leave. I have already started my exit plan but caution is vital for me. If he were to find out, I think the worst will happen. My happiness is worth the risk though.
