Thank you Dr. Paul for your study of our wounded self and our higher self. Accepting that we do not have to know everything and we can be open to our higher self is freeing. Helpful, clear, insightful
This podcast helped me boil down some basic truths that have really benefited my relationship to myself and others. I never realized the ways I was unintentionally grasping/controlling, but Dr. Paul’s focus on ‘intention to love’ has practically become a mantra to guide my actions now. I don’t always resonate with everything that’s talked about, but the basic through-line has been really valuable.
