Decluttering can also help you feel more peace and calm. By removing unnecessary items, you can enhance your day-to-day peace and well-being.
When was the last time you decluttered your nutrition, wardrobe, healthy habits, or home?

Episode 198: Overeating and Comfort Drinking: How Much is it Holding You Back?
We often think of weight gain as the primary negative impact of overeating and comfort drinking.
However, have you stopped to consider how much these habits are really holding you back?
When I was unhealthy, all I could think about was weight loss and feeling good in my clothes. This focus held me back significantly.
It prevented me from seeing the bigger picture and from noticing all the other negative consequences that overeating and alcohol were having on my life.
In today’s episode, I encourage you to reflect on these negatives, which may be helpful if you haven’t given it much thought recently. We can get so busy in our lives that it can be difficult to make the time to think these things through.
That’s what I want this episode to be for you—a little timeout from day-to-day life to give you a chance to reflect on your relationship with food and alcohol.
I share with you tips that have really helped me go from overeating and overdrinking to being healthy and free. I hope you enjoy it. -

Episode 196: Feeling anxious and overwhelmed? This is for you.
Do you often feel anxious and overwhelmed? Struggling under the pressures of family life and your career? For many years, everything in my life looked great from the outside.
I had a thriving successful women’s only gym, two small kids and a beautiful home. However, I was dying inside from the pressure of it all.
I would wake up every morning with a feeling of dread and anxiety. It felt in those moments like I’d take a deep breath in and not release it until I got to the couch that night.
I became unhealthy as a result of all this stress - uncomfortable in my clothes, unfit, bloated, sluggish and anxious.
In today’s podcast episode, I share with you how I broke free from that cycle of stress to become truly healthy, to never have to worry about my weight again, and how I’m able to feel peace and calm throughout the day, no matter what’s going on in my work life.
