Best strength training podcast

I’ve listened to dozens of fitness podcasts and this is the best by far. I’ve learned so much about training for myself as well as my clients.

Love the honesty

I’ve been around fitness since I’ve been 16 (now 27). I took all that I learned from training and applied it to life. In 2012 I ran the 110 and 400 meter hurdles in college and learned a lot about elite level training while running at Mount swan Antonio College in Walnut CA.

Fast forward to 2015 I started my own business called New Age Athletics with hopes of creating a successful culture in the realm of strength and conditioning.

In the process of building the brand I was met with a lot of trials and tribulations but I kept strong. 4 years into building the brand we have accomplished a lot. By we I’m talking about the athletes I’m fortunate to work with and myself.

I’m a gym rat that loves performance and pushing the body past its “boundaries”. I just started listening to this podcast literally this week, I’m currently on episode 3.

I already know I’m in for a ride of knowledge and a deeper insight not so much in regards to training but life in general.

I also run a podcast called “KOS” knowledge of self. Not only am I learning about training athletes at an elite level but I’m also learning how a great podcast host holds it down

Thank you for chasing your dreams and bringing your vision to life

Sincerely,

A new student of yours
