    She believes the most powerful knowledge to heal is within you, and she guides you into having direct access to your inner wisdom using many healing ways including breathing to center the being.

    She came to write about a process she calls “Inside-OWT” , because she found conventional forms of 'therapy' inadequate.  

    In her book “Soul-Side Out; Universal Laws to Healing and living Your Best life”, she shares her story and explains the bridge with Quantum Science and Shamanism for Mind-Body Medicine.  Through the INside-OWT process, she healed many physical symptoms;  A Strep Blood Infection, Chronic Migraines. Myopia, (Nearsightedness) Chronic Eczema, Back Pain, Irritable Bowel, Cervical Dysplasia - which is pre cervical Cancer.
    She has Programs for those who wish to Live Symptom Free Lives of Purpose.
