Excellent podcast!!

Love hearing from Erin and her guests like Natalie and Nicole! I’ve been really getting into fitness more in the past few years and love the no-nonsense attitude Erin has. She’s genuine and has tons of knowledge to share and actually cares about helping and educating people. Would love to hear more about designing programming!!

I’m so glad to finally find a strength training podcast that is relatable and makes sense with a soothing and sincere voice to listen to. I’m not a client, but have followed @strongnotsorry Instagram page for about a year now. Erin is insanely knowledgeable and really cares about educating women in this field. As a newbie personal trainer and PNL1 nutrition coach, I have learned so much by just following her page. I gave 4 stars because I’ve noticed the recordings have a very heavy amount of sibilance (harsh “s” sounds, sound of swallowing or lip smacking), which can be very distracting and sometimes uncomfortable to listen to if you’re wearing earbuds. An easy mic EQ tweak while editing would fix this issue.
