Helped my relationship!

This is such a great podcast!! I’ve always been somewhat in tune with my cycle/the different phases but Corinne provides such great insight that actually helped my partner understand me better!

Exactly what I needed to hear today!

I didn’t realize I needed a swift quick to move a few things in the right direction until I listened to today’s episode 156: Taking you from self sabotage to self empowerment! It was super enlightening and reminded me of the little steps I need to take to align myself and my schedule in such a way to hit those goals that may not seem like a big deal-getting to bed on time, putting my phone down etc., but the consequences really do affect me in real life so therefore they are important! So glad I’m following Corinne and able to glean insight from her wealth of knowledge!
