Whew! This was a really tough but insightful podcast episode. It was affirming of certain experiences and I’m so glad I listened to it. This is a great podcast so grateful for your perspective.
Informative, educational and inspiring
I love the content. It’s relatable, science and education backed but relayed in a way that one doesn’t have to be in mental health industry to gain perspective and benefit from it.
Usage of real life experiences, relatable scenarios for people who may be single, married, coupled, have kids, no kids and use of language that is easy to understand makes it a podcast for all… appreciate the inclusiveness.
Using perception + perspective views on things is refreshing - making topics open, inclusive and a invite for all.
Your voice is very soothing as well. How you speak in terms of clarity and pronunciation is soothing and makes for an easy podcast to pay attention to.
