Hey Guys! Welcome to Mothering Together!!! It’s a podcast for ADHD moms who want to create balance and take charge of their lives. As a stay-at-home mom, are you tired of feeling disorganized, stressed, and like you’re always playing catch-up? Do you struggle with time management and scheduling, leaving you feeling frazzled and overwhelmed?

As an ADHD mom of two, I’ve been where you are. I always knew I was inattentive, but it wasn’t until I had kids that I really felt the full impact of my symptoms. At 30 years old, I was finally diagnosed with ADHD, and it was like a light went on. So much of my life made sense.

Now, I’m taking a sabbatical from my career as a speech-language pathologist to focus on raising my kids and helping other ADHD moms like myself. Each episode of ”Mothering Together” focuses on a different pain point for ADHD moms, from SAHM organization to parenting challenges, and everything in between. I’ll share practical advice and insights on topics like time management, scheduling, and creating systems that work for you and your family.

So if you’re ready to ditch the chaos and start thriving as an ADHD mom, join me on ”Mothering Together.” You’ll learn how to create a schedule that works for you, how to manage your time more effectively, and how to find the balance you need to thrive as a mom and a person. Let’s do this together!

Podcast Mentor/ ADHD Mom Yoda!

I am LOVING this podcast! I feel so seen and understood. I cannot even tell you how many times have I heard-“why don’t you just make a list?” Ummm yes. Yes. . . I need to make a list but what do you do when you don’t know how to list out very area of your life. If you make a list and lose that list all the time. I have learned SO much already. I feel I have found a real life mentor- someone who truly gets it and has actionable strategies. Thank you ADHD Momma Yoda!!!

I love this podcast

It’s so nice to listen to another ADHD mom explain how she plans her week. I always walk away with a new idea or a new way of looking at my life. Thanks Kayla!!

Amazing!

Kayla has a way of talking to her children in an amazing way. Feeling as if I am not doing enough is a big struggle of mine and she makes me feel that I am enough. We all struggle and I connect so personally to Kayla. Thank you Kayla for being the voice of mothering together. Can’t wait to continue this journey.
