Mula Bandha is the yoga version of Kegel exercises for the pelvic floor. In this episode, you are guided through a 12 minute Mula Bandha training session. Our goal is to strengthen our awareness and ability to consciously contract the muscles of the pelvic floor. With practice, you will quickly notice the benefits of Mula Bandha in your posture, ability to generate strength, regulate breathing and internal pressure, not to mention the numerous other goals associated with this root lock!
