Hey Folks!
As a longtime consumer of audio, beginning with books-on-tape, I remember the early days of podcasting (not too long ago) that I would download the episode on my computer, then burn that episode onto a CD, then listen to the CD in my car. Pre-iPod, kids.

So, this podcast has been a long-time coming and I’m excited to share!

The pod will feature guided meditations, led classes, and other musings from the world of yoga.
