On this podcast we'll be bringing together the best lessons from psychology with holistic approaches to mental health and healing. By bridging the gap between mental health and spirituality, we can find new opportunities to heal from trauma, live in loving relationship, and reduce our suffering. Specific focuses include complex PTSD, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and finding a personal practice that works for you.
My name's Elizabeth Ferreira, and I'm a somatic psychotherapist in training currently earning hours toward my license. My approach is holistic, non-judgmental, and centered in the belief that all beings have the capacity to heal, grow, and reduce suffering.

New to me
I just found this podcast through the “ Being well” podcast ( that one is also good). it’s a quick favorite. I hope new episodes are to come. 💜
Thank you!
Important Work
I found Elizabeth while searching for a video to share with my partner to describe PMDD. I found way more than that. The thorough mindful exploration of PMDD and C-PTSD is one of the most validating experiences I’ve ever felt.
I’m not big on the mystical arts but I ended up loving her interdisciplinary perspective. It brings to life key concepts that helped me gain enough clarity to start effectively managing my PMDD.
The lens of a witch also underscores the through-line of the suppression and discrimination of women throughout history which is the foundation as to why women’s health is still a frontier even in the modern age.
This podcast is saving my life. Thank you for the work you do!
I’m dumb
I wish I could understand half the words you use. I have a lot on common with you but your huge vocabulary makes me unable to understand anything you’re saying
