Nature IS Medicine

Wow, when I found out Mark started a podcast I couldn’t wait to hear what he had to say. His co-host Steve and Mark give incredible insights about nature and it’s “healing” properties. I can tell you right this moment that listening to them helped me instantaneously. Its been a crazy month with health scares and international travel debacles, and now moving and planning a wedding. I needed a reminder to stop, take a breath and go experience something that doesn’t discriminate in the slightest…NATURE. Get outside and experience it. Highly recommend!!!

Excited!

Very excited to listen in on rich conversations about regaining our true nature by getting back into nature! Our culture and world have all become lost and full of dis-ease because we forget our truth. We are organic material. We are no greater or lesser than the soil on which we walk. We are the same. “From dust you came and to dust you shall return.” Any wellness practitioners worth their “salt” knows that wellness challenges without a focus on nature in today’s climate are missing the target. We MUST guide people back to what is true for every human being, we are of the Earth and must protect her for us all to survive. Wishing you the best of luck with this new adventure!
