Nick does a beautiful job guiding listeners through each episode of this podcast in a way that makes it so easy and enjoyable to listen to. The content he presents is educational regarding fitness but also entertaining. I’m a new mom and I listen to this podcast when I’m rocking my baby to sleep at night.
