I have known Mike for years and haven even had the honor of being coached by him. I consider him to be one of the most reliable sources of health, fitness and performance information out there. I also love his delivery and his sense of humor. One of my favorite podcasts!

Fantastic Podcast

Dr. Mike’s podcast is top notch! I have had the privilege to have done a fellowship with Dr Mike, trained in his garage gym, done the cold plunge in his freezer, and taken all of his courses. I love nerding out with all his knowledge and guests. You can find everything you need about nutrition, training and the latest science with this podcast. I recommend it to all my fellow nerds and people wanting to crush their goals! Keep killing it Dr. Mike!!!

I learned about the podcast through the Flex Diet certification course and I have to say this is one of the best podcast on nutrition and health out there. The guest are great and they explain the topics in depth, so you can actually implement it into your diet or training program. Michael does a great job of explaining topics and he explains the pros and cons of some of the research out there.
