I can fall asleep to this podcast but sometimes I don’t that’s why I love the extra long episodes and she plays all of them TWICE now that gets me to sleep 😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴😴🛌🛏️🛌😪💤 also I’m just NOT a heavy sleeper so this podcast really helps me sleep better and helps me to feel more relaxed 👾👽

I have been a listener since day one. I have trained my brain the way that she teaches. At this point, I don't even need the app, but I listen every single night nonetheless. I love her voice and stories. I have the subscription but never minded the commercials even.
