    Today on the show we are speaking with Abby Chan, MS, RDN.  Abby is a non-diet, weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian who specializes in helping others re-establish their relationship with food and movement. She is the co-owner of EVOLVE Flagstaff, an integrative facility that focuses on nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilitation, strength training, and meal preparation to help you do what you love, for life. We are discussing the intersection of intuitive eating and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). We are chatting about how we think about nutrition in the context of also having symptoms of ADHD and practical ways to nourish ourselves.
