Very informative and extremely helpful

As a follower of the carnivore and ketovore diets, I follow different doctors in the field. And I am so blessed to have came across Judy, on my YouTube feed. This literally was like a week ago. Since then I had to download both podcast this one and “against the grain”binge watched almost all videos I think and omg just got her book in the mail. Glimpsed quickly thru the pages and there are some great visuals of carnivore protocols, carnivore meal plans, and even the carnivore food pyramid. This podcast, her book and Audiobook are on point. By far the best holistic information with an approach for all and I appreciate the focus on Womens health and hormones as well. Wishing much success to anyone in this carnivore lifestyle and with Judy’s interviews and support I think it’s easy for beginners like myself!! Can’t thank you enough for your perspective and teachings!!
