    You need to have a positive mental attitude and a healthy physical physique to be wealthy.
    Marketing Funnels teaches potential customers about your products and services, then they ultimately buy from you.
    Marketing Funnels should not stop when clients buy from you, there’s a sequence of experiences you want them to have after they become paid buyers.
    Marketing Funnels are three phases. The discovery phase, nurture phase, and sales.
    When making a Funnel you need to start by bringing as many people you can into your business, fresh eyeballs into your website. This is the discovery phase.
    You can use things like Facebook Ads etc. to spread the word and get people into your funnel.
    Once you get through the discovery phase you want to nurture your clients, let them know how this will benefit them etc.
    Staying consistent and posting on social media or other platforms is a part of the nurture phase of Marketing Funnels.
    You have to invest in your ads in order to get clients involved and to your Marketing Funnels.
    Once clients look into your business and you nurture them, they will be ready to purchase what you have to offer.
    A conversion is getting someone to say yes and invest in your business.
    Instead of trying to convert clients quickly, take time to get small yeses. Nurture a few yeses in order to ultimately get the big one.

    At the end of the day, you are going to take the relationships with you that you’ve created, not the job you did.
    Getting into a balance within your life is important for your well being to ease into perimenopause.
    When you make a good cycle and balance in life, things will just fall in place around your period and help balance your hormones.
    Everything you do affects your hormones. This includes sleep, what you eat, etc.
    Perimenopause starts around the age of 36 and can last up to 15 years.
    Symptoms of Perimenopause include thinning hair, insomnia, hot flashes, and increase PMS symptoms.
    You can ease into Perimenopause by being aware of it and taking actions to manage it.
    Exercising during certain times of your period can help you with Perimenopause symptoms.

    “There are steps to ABC.” Identify what it is, accept what is bothering you, release your bad energy.
    You have to identify the issue within and frustration you are feeling.
    You have to accept what is bothering you and be able to be ready to release the bad energy.
    You have to release the bad energy, whether that’s speaking it out loud or taking some you time.
    Acknowledging things that are bothering you can help you be able to overcome them.
    Everyone has a conscious but using that as an imaginary tool can help you come up with ways to overcome hardships.
    Using living tools such as divination can help you understand your conscious and what’s going on in your life.
    Sidra speaks of her book called “The Awakening.”
    There are nine principles to “awakening.” They are a guideline to help you achieve your awakening.
    Some of the nine principles are quality questions, awareness is key, and growth is inevitable.

    In this episode, host Jana Short speaks with kids about what they think nutrition is. She speaks with Klayton Smith, Robert Preston, Ayden Piatt, Aiden Ross, and Avery Ross. They were so excited to speak on the podcast! Here are a few things they said!
    They discuss:
    Klayton is a first grader, his favorite color is black and his favorite food is pizza. Robert Preston is a seventh grader and thirteen years old. His favorite color is purple and his favorite food is hamburgers.
    Ayden Piatt is a seventh grader and wants to be a pilot like his dad when he grows up.
    Avery Ross is eight years old and in third grade. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite food is spaghetti.
    Aiden Ross is a sixth grader and ten years old. His favorite color is red and his favorite food is pizza.
    The kids tell Jana what they think nutrition means.
    The kids share their nutritional snacks that they love to enjoy.
    You should not eat too much sugar.
    Nutrition comes from the protein we eat, and from vegetables and fruits.
    Pizza can be healthy too!
    You need to not only eat healthily but be emotionally healthy as well.
    Having a good balance in foods can help with your nutrition.
    Eating fruits like apples is really nutritious.
    Nutrition comes from what you eat.
    Nutrition helps with your bones, muscles and brain function.
    Chicken is a protein. It is very good on a salad.
    Klayton speaks about his new year's goal and how he wants to be better in Karate.
    Robert speaks about his new year’s goal and how he wants to get an A in all of his classes.
    Ayden speaks about his new year’s goal and how he wants to be more patient and kinder to his siblings.
    Avery speaks about her new year’s goal and how she wants to eat more nutritious and clean her earrings every day.
    Aiden speaks about his new year’s goal and how he wants to take magnesium daily.
    The kids were so happy to share what they thought about nutrition!
