Science-backed Lifestyle Knowledge

I am a recent convert to veganism and enjoy podcasts like Nancy’s Ordinary Vegan. She gives the medical study results proving the power of plants as well as recipes on utilizing these powerhouses in everyday life. She’s also salt and oil conscious which is what I really starting to get into.

One of the best Podcasts on Diet and Lifestyle.

I normally only listen to Podcasts by MDs, PhDs in nutrition and PhDs in lifestyle education. I discovered this podcast, The Ordinary Vegan 2 weeks ago and could not stop until I heard all 3 years. Nancy Montuori does bring science to her podcasts but simplifies the explanation so everyone can understand and more importantly, personally relate to everything. Thank you for doing this.

I could binge-listen to Ordinary Vegan all day!

I transitioned from a healthy "standard American diet" to plant-based over the past 3 years, gradually but now I'm "there" - all plant-based. I research, read and learn and I finally discovered podcasts awhile back - my favorite subject? FOOD! Specifically plant-based eating advice, research, information and recipes. NANCY MONTOURI on Ordinary Vegan makes all that information possible with the added attraction of her delightful personality and compassionate support for her listeners. I have learned SO much from every episode and I love the recipes. Even when I start an episode I've already heard, I often listen again because I gain new knowledge. This is the podcast show I recommend to all my beginning-plant-based friends and family members. Thank you!
