Highly recommend
I love how Brad is open and honest about the truths of how our bodies change as we age. New rules apply as we get older and I love his transparency about that and vulnerability of sharing his personal struggles with gut issues and finding ways to overcome them. Very relatable and I appreciate him touching on real topics that most are dealing with but maybe to shy to share. Keep it up Brad and thank you.

Brad is super down to earth, super funny and very knowledgeable when it comes to working out, eating right, and the people he brings on his show are super interesting and easy to listen to. I’m not huge on podcasts, but this one is easy for me to turn on anytime I need a little inspiration. HIGHLY recommend.

Brad is very easy to listen to with lots of good advice, interesting guests, product reviews, and lots of anecdotal info. Definitely worth a listen for those into fitness who are looking to stay healthy into their 40’s and beyond! Highly recommend.
