Addicted! Anxiety gone! Every episode amazing.

Can’t stop listening. Started from the beginning. Before I start listening to the next episode I’ll think, “Eh, that title doesn’t sound like new info, maybe I’ll skip it.” But then I don’t skip it and am SO thankful I didn’t. There is so much detailed and good info in each one. I’ve been listening every time I have a moment for over three weeks. Changed my diet day one of listening. Feel amazing and have lost 12 pounds. Actually have the energy now to get to the gym and do resistance training!

Very informative

The podcast has great guests and they speak their piece without interruption or argument.
I highly recommend it, very worth your time to educate yourself with subject matter experts.

Side note:
Sally Norton episode is life changing, she needs to write a book!
