Emily Everton, PT, DPT is a holistic Women’s Health Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Embody Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC in Hopkinton, MA. Emily specializes in Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and is especially passionate about all things menstrual health, fertility, and perinatal care. So helpful and relatable

Lindsey and every one of her guests has been so helpful in my journey with HA, fertility, and exercise addiction. I look forward to every episode airing and I always take something away from each one.

Invaluable resource for period recovery!

My best friend suggested this podcast (and Lindsey’s accompanying Instagram page) after my RE suggested I may be struggling with HA. The personal stories helped me feel less alone and encouraged me as I made some BIG lifestyle changes. For me, this podcast has been one of the most important elements of my period recovery and fertility journey. Thank you, Lindsey!
