Must listen!
Lindsey is a wealth of knowledge, but also that supportive BFF you need while going through recovery! She offers a good mix of 1) empathy for those coming from a disordered eating background and 2) overwhelming evidence that recovery is the way. Personally I worked with Lindsey and she helped me regain my cycle… and get pregnant on the first try. Real talk!! To anyone out there struggling, you got this!!!
So helpful!
This podcast definitely helps make recovery more accessible. Lindsey is fantastic and I definitely recommend listening if you even suspect that you may be dealing with issues related to undereating or over exercising.
