Unbelievably informative and helpful

I work in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and nutritionist and this is by far my favorite podcast to learn from. The mindset regarding body image is refreshing. The reminder that you don’t have to be perfect with food and workouts is helpful, especially on days where you don’t feel your best! I love the conversations surrounding hormones, ones relationship with food, and I don’t have a baby yet but I feel so happy I have a place to go for all pre and post natal fears! Noelle has me convinced that my next educational move will be to get my NTP. Thank you ladies, your podcast is more impactful than you know.

I love this podcast! I love it even more, as I have a 2 year old and a newborn so I get where Noelle is coming from when she shares the struggles of mamahood! I love the variety of things that are talked about, and look forward to the new episodes weekly..
