Spring will be here before we know it, and for many people that means runny noses and watery eyes. Along with vacuuming, and keeping doors shut during peak pollen times, an air purifier can really help to combat allergens, which keeps your immune system and your body healthy.Clean air is also essential for overall wellness, and cleaning your indoor air is actually proven to improve your sleep quality, allergies, and immune system.Alen has True HEPA (or High Efficiency Particulate Air) filtration, which is the world’s most effective means of purifying indoor air. Alen’s medical-grade True HEPA (H13) filtration removes 99.99% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns——including allergens, dust, mold, bacteria, aerosolized viruses, and more.Alen is based in Austin, Texas. Their advanced smart sensor technology always lets you know the status of the air quality around you with vivid LED color rings. And when harmful particles like allergens, aerosolized viruses and VOCs are detected, auto-mode can automatically adjust purifying power to keep your air pure 24/7. It’s so quiet, you don’t hear it, and cycles all the air in your room every 30 minutes on the highest setting. To learn more, go to alen.com/wellfed, and then use our code WELLFED for 10% OFF. I have become so passionate about light optimization recently, and filtering out computer light and blue light entirely after the sun sets. I wasn’t doing anything about this until about a year ago, and I was experiencing eye strain, migraines, and an unexplained wired and tired feeling, especially at night. Now I wear BLUblox computer filter glasses anytime I’m looking at screens, and BLUblox sleep lenses at night, and I haven’t experienced symptoms since.BLUblox was created because they saw the need for a product that was exactly in line with the peer reviewed academic literature. There are a lot of cheaply made lenses out there that don’t actually block all the blue and green light. I had a friend send me one of the episodes and I told her that it was the first time that things actually made sense! The information is unmatched and beyond life changing! I am hooked!
Hands down, this is my favorite podcast. The topics are meaningful, thought provoking and somehow always seem to be exactly what I need! The conversations are soulful, and Noelle & Stef really care about what they are discussing.
I’ve got a similar mindset when it comes to a 360 degree approach to health, wellness, fitness and nutrition. I also have a 3 and 1 year old so I can also relate to the parenting discussions Noelle has.
I could go on and on, but give this show a listen! You’ll be so happy you did!!
PS: if you know, you know:
Informative and joyful
It’s like sitting down with two friends and here then discuss health and wellness issues along with a light conversation in the beginning that add in my opinion something to the podcast that I haven’t found in others. An insight into both Women that make them seem more real, which allows you understand their view points more easily. Love that they also check in with each other over each and every topic and you get both view points. Couldn’t recommend them more.
