I love this podcast. All so relatable and appreciated. Noelle and Stefani are great, love their relationship. I’m a big no to wide leg pants. I’m on the shorter side, I prefer straight tapered leg so I don’t have to hem anything.
Team no jeans

Mostly never wearing jeans these days after 3 kids. Maybe someday…
Girl Power!
Aug 20
Okay maybe girl power is a bit much, but I love the not judgmental approach to life and health you ladies have! As women, we are the worst critics of one another and it really needs to stop. I would love for you guys to share more food and workout ideas. Also, I would love to hear more on the topic of body fat (i.e. percentages for women). Thank you for talking about all the things so many shy again from! Keep rocking it! Team whatever apple is on sale because inflation is stronger than my tastebuds! Team side part for most people. The middle looks way to flat.
My go-to for all things health and life

Noelle and Stefani are easily some of the best podcasters out there. I love their friendship and how they complement each other. Stefani feels like a kindred soul and Noelle is the big sister I wish I had. They’re well rounded and they hold the tension of working for health in all aspects of life but acknowledging that perfection is not achievable. They talk about all sorts of things and even when I don’t think I’d be interested in the topic, they are great at making it interesting and applying it to so many. I love them and their podcast and can’t recommend it enough!
