Excellent
PW potentiates my brain one episode at a time 😀
Essential listening
The most thoughtful and far-ranging podcast for Olympic weightlifting. Interviews are insightful and don’t let the philosophical throw you. There is great practical and training info in every show.
Distilling Complex Information Into Bite Sized Pieces
Josh consistently distills complex information down into bite sized pieces and marrying up theory with practice. Huge fan of his work. Keep it up!
