Information Packed, Myths Debunked
I found out about this podcast from an RN co-worker who used to work with Dr. Tracy Cushing. I’m so impressed with the depth of conversation about veganism, and also heartened by the mission. Physicians are generally not taught nearly enough about nutrition. I love the fact that Drs. Cushing and English make frequent mention of the cruelty of factory farming as well as the environmental and health impacts of eating animal products. I also love the down-to-earth presentations surrounding scientific studies that make the material easy to understand even for non-docs and non-scientists. Keep up the awesome work. We need more of this!
Love love love!
I absolutely love this podcast! So much good information and inspiration. My only complaint is I wish they had more time to post weekly! 😜
