Practical and positive help

I love her voice! I love her message. This podcast is uplifting. I like how Lisa brings in guests for longer episodes occasionally, while the shorter episodes are a quick pick-me-up during the week. I love her ideas about streamlining life - getting rid of the excess clutter (mental, physical, even digital/information kinds of clutter!) so that the more important matters become center stage. It’s a “less is more” attitude in many ways, and something I think the world needs more of.
