Customer Reviews
Excellent Content! Looking forward to the new episodes
This podcast has great dialogue that would benefit anyone navigating the mysteries of a small to medium size startup. There are little nuggets throughout each episode and I would recommend this for not only my builder friends but any entrepreneur. Well done!
Great for testimonials for APB, weak on content.
As a custom home builder I follow and have been listening to several podcasts from different coaching organizations and builder focused podcasts. I’ve listened to nearly a dozen or so episodes now and most are just long form testimonials for APB. That’s great idea for the last few minutes of an episode but not the majority. As a builder I’ve learned a lot from podcasts, Matt Risinger, and many others and had high hopes for this podcast. In the last few months I met with coaches from several organizations and nearly signed up for APB but started listening to their podcasts first in the hope of getting a glimpse of what to expect. I’ve listened to multiple podcasts over the past few months and mostly what I’ve heard is what I felt were long form commercials as opposed to meaty content. Because of that I was concerned that if I signed up for their $3500 coaching course that it would end up being just a commercial filled course for their $36,000 a year plan. In the end I signed up with an individual coach elsewhere with a meaty podcast and that has been a good move for me. I still subscribe and follow APB and hope to catch a good content filled episode but more than half of the time I don’t finish the episode. My advice to APB. Reduce the sales pitch on these episodes and stick to rich content. The content is your sales pitch. By doing that it would reinforce to a potential client that if the podcasts that are free to listen to are this good then the paid coaching service offered would be that much better and an easy sell.
A refreshing new resource for builders!
This series where actual builders are discussing their experiences helps us realize that we can succeed as well.
