Dr. Fallucco gets it

If you do pediatric primary care, the tsunami of child/adolescent mental health problems that has crashed upon you over the last 3 years has been pretty rough. Some days you feel as if you are punching way above your weight class due to inadequate training. Other days you feel that you are twisting in the wind due to the callous indifference of health plans and the absence of community resources. Most days you feel both. Dr. Fallucco understands your frustration. She realizes the time constraints and financial challenges that addressing these issues has on a busy practitioner. Her podacst offers practical strategies to care for your patients’ mental health needs in a efficient and empathetic manner. She does so with a charm and grace that will give any listener hope that they can meet their patients’ meets more effectively . Definitely worth a listen.
