Leading Ladies

These two women have helped to shape my perspective on multiple topics in a more optimistic and mindful way. They share approachable techniques and refer to their own experiences to create an inspiring conversation in every episode. My favorite takeaway is asking myself “what is wrong with this moment?” to reset into a more positive headspace. I appreciate their approach to life and I have thankfully incorporated a meditation practice into my daily routine because of them.

Mindfulness every day

I love how Lauren & Misti bring mindfulness to every day situations, and their “homework” is something to look forward to. I appreciate the candor of the conversations, making mindfulness approachable, and helping lay a foundation to sustain it personally for the long term. This podcast has been a delight during crazy unprecedented times, bringing peace that I can carry forward in my own actions & mind.

Wise, insightful and helpful

Lauren and Misti have created a platform that offers insight, suggestions and helpful tools for us—for all ages. I just listened to the interview with 14 year old Carson. His understanding and adaptation of mindfulness in his young life is so inspiring.
Misti and Lauren are covering all the important issues facing us today. In the midst of an ocean of mindful podcasts, theirs is a must! You won’t regret it!
