So relaxing!!

Whenever I am stressed about school and can’t sleep, I play an episode of this podcast and it really helps me to be more calm, and set me up for the day ahead!

Daily meditations

My very favorite of all the guided mediations I’ve ever tried. I listen to one of these every night. I love Mary's voice and her gentle meditations and visualizations. They are low pressure (she reminds you it’s okay if you get distracted, gently bring yourself back), healing and relaxing.

Autogenetic Relaxation Sleep Episode

To be honest, I only found this podcast out of desperate need to fall asleep. I’ve suffered from insomnia for years. After listening to that specific episode, I’ve never looked back. It’s amazing! The fact that it’s only 15 mins and I ALWAYS pass out before the episode ends, it’s mind boggling! Seriously has changed my nightly routine.
