Healing
I feel like I came across this podcast right when i needed it. Extremely soothing and healing to listen to.
ASMR meets therapy
Very soothing. I’m personally not into reiki but find her delivery calming and therapeutic.
Responsibility needed when guiding people through hypnosis
First episode “Feb3”. Yes relaxing, but offended and unsafe /disorienting and at worst irresponsible to not have an active awakening process to bring people out of the hypnosis.
Anytime there’s a ~relaxation, “deepening”, then a suggestion…. You’re in the process of hypnosis. If you feel disoriented after this episode, find your own “hypnosis awakening step” online and bring yourself “out”; or ~count down from 5 to 1, noting to yourself you are gradually awakening and you will be fully awake at the count of 1. At the count of 1, note/say out loud that you are present, clear, alert, and in your body~.
