Super friendly approach to Veganism!
I recommend Jess's podcast to everyone, vegans and non vegans because I believe she has a very open and friendly approach to explaining food, health and even ethical matters. Podcasts are short but packed with helpful info, wish they were longer! As a vegan myself, I dread vegan people who feel they hold the Truth. None of that bs with Jess, listening to her feels as comfortable as hanging out with one of my friends!
