In order to scale these businesses Jeremy has had to leverage other people’s money (OPM) and financing which he talks about during podcast episodes.

This is my favorite real estate and short term rentals podcast. I love Jeremy’s evolution as an investor and how real and authentic he is sharing his story. From starting with boats and co-hosting with little money to massive resort like properties and software this podcast covers it all.
