Thank you, Jessica! Please do an episode on big life transitions!

For the past year I have been in the midst of a career transition and—for the first time in my life—preparing to live full time in a different state. Due to all of this uncertainty, I developed anxiety and insomnia. I found your podcast and was FINALLY able to get some sleep for the first time in months! Thank you so much for providing some relief and helping me to calm my mind each night! If you haven’t already, I think an episode on how to cope with major life changes would be excellent!

An end anxiety fill nights

Sometimes I get a feeling like I am plummeting to the ground, like the shock of a sudden slip in that second just as you know you are going down, only it keeps happening over and over again. It is indescribably horrible. And this precludes any kind of sleep. Lying in bed with a feeling of dread is awful. This can also go along with mental list making; going over and over what I need to get done the next day, or even week. This podcast allows me to slow my racing heart and focus my mind away from my lists. The dread abates. I am often asleep in five minutes. Sure there are nights when I reawaken with a start and I have to turn on another episode, but always the panic subsides and I find sleep again. This podcast has become essential to me.
