These podcasts are the BEST! SO informative! I have learned so much about hormones from the information these two sisters provide. They have also had knowledgeable guests on as well. Also love Jess’ latte blends! I’ve also had my hormones tested recently with “Your Hormone Balance” and the information I have received is amazing! My personal guide is full of specific recommendations pertaining to MY test results. From supplement recommendations and podcast episode suggestions to lifestyle changes and stress management techniques. Highly recommend!! Thanks so much for putting this information out into the universe! ❤️❤️❤️
