Mind Reading and Fortune Telling are common tough distortions that are totally avoidable if we pay attention and do the work!

She’s the real deal as a Therapist!

There’s a lot of podcasts in the self health, therapy, and development space. Few hosts have the experience, insight, humor, and charisma to be able to do what Cheri does. Her passion around stress therapy, meditation, and helping people be better makes this podcast different, and unique.
