Are you doing ok? It has been a minute since your last episode and I am kinda worried about you. Good news: I haven’t given into my compulsions for 3 days

I’ve been diagnosed with OCD for over and year now but have struggled with it my whole life. My mom had it and I’ve been able to talk to her and my therapist about it. I’ve never heard or talked to someone around my age who understand. Thank you so much your changing lives and helping me to feel that I’m not alone.

I’m only 7 minutes in to your intrusive thoughts episode from Oct 2020 and i had to stop to tell you that I already feel so safe and comfortable right now. I appreciate your willingness to talk about these types of thoughts in a way that relates so hard and so true to the real ocd experience that is often had.
