A very special podcast
I have been diagnosed with OCD recently and I searched numerous articles and videos to give me some peace of mind. I came across their false memory episode and exactly what I experienced. This show is amazing and gives me so much relief that I am not alone in this. You guys rock it must of took a lot of courage to open up and start a very necessary conversation. This show means so much to me keep it going guys!!!
I’m trying really hard to like this podcast
I love the focus on the different types of OCD…however the delivery is really annoying. I’m struggling with trying to appreciate their humor and authenticity of the hosts, but distracted by the incessant laughing and the hosts “going off the rails.” I’ll keep listening as much as I can for purposes of the content, and I’m hoping as I move into additional episodes the hosts might adjust their delivery to one that is a little more professional. Right now I’m obsessing about the obnoxiousness, and trying to let it go.
Helpful and lighthearted!
These two have helped me understand OCD better in an educational and light hearted way. OCD is scary and laughing about it can really help people heal. I feel like these two understand OCD at it’s core and they help others navigate through it.
Thank you both for tacking these subjects that can be difficult to talk about! This podcast has been extremely helpful for me.
